Butterhorns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cake yeast, dissolved in 2 tsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk; add butter, sugar and salt.
    Cool.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add yeast and flour; beat well by hand.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Punch down and place in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
