Fannie Mae Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole milk
    4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 sticks butter (no substitute)
    25 large marshmallows
    13 oz. milk chocolate, cut up
    12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, cut up
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix milk, sugar, vanilla and butter together.
    Boil this mixture for 2 minutes.
    Turn off heat; add cut up marshmallows and stir until melted.
    Add chocolates, one kind at a time.
    Stir rapidly until melted.
    Add nuts now, if desired.
    Pour into 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans or 1 (12 x 16-inch) jelly roll cake pan, greased with butter.
    Wait until fudge is set before cutting.
