Italian Country Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. sausage (preferably Italian, hot or mild)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1 large can Italian tomatoes, strained (save juice)
    1 large can Italian bread crumbs with herbs or plain, if preferred
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Put ground beef, sausage, onion and egg in large mixing bowl. Strain tomatoes and squeeze out juice (put juice in separate bowl).
    Add crushed tomatoes in with meat.
