Shrimp Linguine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. linguine
1/4 c. parsley
Preparation

Melt butter in frying pan.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, shrimp and lemon juice.
Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook linguine in boiling, salted water, following package directions; drain.
Place linguine in heated serving bowl.
Pour seafood sauce on top.
Sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
Serves 4 to 6.
