Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large (10 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl.
Combine eggs, milk and corn.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir until moist. Drop batter by teaspoon into hot 375\u00b0 fat to deep fry 2 to 3 minutes each side.
Drain on paper towel.
