Golden Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes, peeled (about 6 medium potatoes)
1 (16 oz.) can diced carrots, drained or 2 c. diced carrots, cooked and drained
chopped onion
hot milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender; drain.
Add carrots and onions. Mash while slowly adding enough milk to make light.
Stir in butter.
Turn into a 2-quart casserole.
Dot with additional butter, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
