Harvest Bounty Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cut, cooked, drained green beans
    2 medium green peppers, chopped
    6 medium tomatoes, chopped
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. biscuit mix
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper *
    1 c. milk
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 13 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Spread beans and green peppers in dish.
    Sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over vegetables and cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, 45 to 50 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 10 to 12.
