Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    8 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 eggs
    10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli (slightly thawed)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 9 x 10 inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients together except margarine.
    Add melted margarine and pour into buttered pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until deep brown, approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
    Freezes well.
