Penne Pasta With Gorgonzola Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. penne pasta
olive oil
1 large chopped onion
3/4 small jar minced garlic or fresh garlic
1 tsp. chopped basil
1/2 lb. Gorgonzola cheese
14 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
Preparation

In skillet, saute onion, garlic, basil and tomatoes in olive oil. Stir cheese into tomato mixture. Pour over cooked, drained pasta.
