Russian Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 qt. water
    1 (3-inch) stick cinnamon
    1 tsp. whole cloves
    3 Tbsp. instant tea (with lemon)
    1 c. orange juice
    1 (12 oz.) can pineapple juice
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind (optional)
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, water, cinnamon and whole cloves in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add instant tea and heat thoroughly.
    Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Strain.
    Heat to serve but do not boil.
    Serves approximately 8 cups.
