Nova Scotia Lunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crabmeat
    1 small can pimento
    1 large green pepper
    1/2 lb. yellow American cheese
    1 can white sauce
Preparation
    Drain crabmeat.
    Chop finely or process pimento and pepper. Drain.
    Toss together.
    Pour on white sauce mixed with cheese. Cook in double boiler about 30 minutes.
    Serve on toast or patty shells.
