Quick Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 egg
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together first four ingredients and heat to boiling point. Cool by adding cold water.
    Blend in egg.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water.
    Put in bowl with flour.
    Mix with spoon, cover and let rise until double.
    Stir down.
    Spoon in muffin pans.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
