Popcorn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/8 c. chopped celery
    1/8 c. green onions
    1/2 c. diced, cooked bacon
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix well and refrigerate.
    Before serving add 1 cup mayonnaise (thin with milk) and coat well.
    Add 8 cups popped popcorn.
    Stir well.
