Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 hard-cooked eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 tsp. pepper (white)
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
few dashes angostura bitters
Preparation

Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise.
Remove yolk and mash in a small bowl.
Mix in other ingredients.
Fill whites with yolk mixture, heaping high.
May be piped into whites also.
