Zippy Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    2 T. prepared mustard (Gulden's or Grey Poupon preferred)
    4 t. Worcestershire sauce
    2 t. prepared horseradish
    1 egg
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 t. salt
    Dash pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1-2 T. vegetable oil
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl combine soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish; blend well and set aside. In another bowl, beat egg. Add bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 c. of the soup mixture. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into patties (makes about 6). Heat oil in large skillet and brown patties. Drain oil from skillet. Combine remaining soup mixture with water and pour over patties. Cover and cook over low to medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
