Winter Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese spread, cubed
    1 c. ham, cubed
Preparation
    Put vegetables in 2-quart saucepan.
    Add water; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes, or until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
