Gallemore Gazpacho Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. olive oil
    8 c. (two 32 oz. bottles) Clamato juice
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2/3 c. wine vinegar
    2 to 4 cloves minced garlic
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    4 to 8 tomatoes, chopped
    2 cucumbers, chopped
    2 avocados, chunked
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine first seven ingredients and set overnight.
    Next day, add to soup the tomatoes, cucumbers and avocados.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    This entire recipe may be halved with excellent results.
    It tastes even better the day after!
