Baked Lamb Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground lamb
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly; pack in a greased mold (8-inch).
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes approximately 8 servings.
