Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. coconut
    3/4 c. nuts
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
    In a small bowl, combine the last 4 ingredients.
    Mix second mixture with the first.
    Stir well.
    Bake in loaf or tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
