Ingredients

1/2 pt. heavy cream
16 oz. soft cream cheese
5 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Italian Espresso coffee
1 tsp. finely chopped lemon rind
2 Tbsp. creme de cacao or liqueur of choice
3 Tbsp. grated bitter baking chocolate
1/2 tsp. powered cinnamon
8 oz. ladyfingers
Preparation

Whip the heavy cream.
In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks, sugar and lemon rind.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and egg mixture and mix well; fold in whipped cream.
