Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    5 eggs
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cut in strips
    24 oz. tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Crepes: Stir flour, water and salt until smooth. Beat in 4 eggs one at a time. Pour batter into 5 to 6-inch greased pan (do not brown).
