Caramel Pear Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Bartlett pears, peeled and chopped
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. light brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine the pears, pecans, cherries, and lemon juice.
    Gently stir to mix well.
    Pour the pear mixture into a shallow dish. Spoon the sour cream evenly over the top. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight or until chilled and brown sugar has dissolved into the sour cream.
