Williamsburg Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. butternut squash
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook and mash squash or add frozen squash.
    Mix brown sugar, margarine, cinnamon, salt and milk together.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
