Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add nuts, bananas and flour, then milk with soda and vanilla.
Bake in layers in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Put together with Burnt Sugar Icing or whatever icing preferred.
