Mango Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mango, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Stir all items together until just mixed.
    This will make a thick, heavy mixture.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan (5 x 9 x 3-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
