Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Velveeta, cut into cubes
    2 c. chopped fresh broccoli, blanched
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
    1 loaf round bread
    raw vegetables
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Add cheese and cook over low heat until melted. Stir in broccoli and rosemary. Cut top off bread. Scoop out center of bread. Serve with bread cubes and raw vegetables.
