Skinny Ranch Dip(For Vegetables) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) nonfat cottage cheese
    1 envelope reduced-calorie Ranch Style dressing mix
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender.
    Blend until smooth. Serve with vegetables.
    Makes 12 calories per tablespoon and has 0 fat.
