Pig In The Blanket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

large head of cabbage with big leaves
2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. pork sausage
green pepper, small amount
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1 egg
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. celery salt
1 small onion, diced
milk
1 large can (46 oz) tomato juice
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Combine all ingredients together except the tomato juice and paprika.
Heat cabbage in large pot until leaves can by removed easily.
When leaves are removed fill with hamburger mixture, and roll up and secure with a toothpick, if needed.
Put tomato juice and paprika into large pot and add the cabbage rollsl.
Cook on low to medium heat for about 2 hours or until the meat mixture in the cabbage rolls are done.
