Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. rice
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    4 c. chopped cabbage
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet; add beef and onions.
    Cook until beef is cooked and onions tender.
    Add soup, water, salt, pepper and rice.
    Bring to a boil; simmer for 3 minutes.
    In a 3-quart casserole, place cabbage at bottom.
    Spoon beef mixture over cabbage.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    (Preboil rice.)
