Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Cream butter in large bowl with electric mixer.
    Add flour and salt.
    Beat about 1 minute.
    Add cheese; beat another minute. Sprinkle with water; beat until dough begins to come together. Press into a 5-inch square on floured surface.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Roll dough to 9-inch square.
    Cut into 4 equal squares, then cut each square into 8 strips.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
