Italian Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese (your choice)
    1 sleeve crushed snack crackers
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    salsa
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients. shape into loaves about 3/4 c. each. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 325\u00b0. Top with salsa (your choice) with 1/4 c. brown sugar added. Bake until done (cheese will be bubbling!).
