Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or cook the fresh if desired
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can potato soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until just a little crisp.
    Combine potato soup and sour cream.
    Add to broccoli and mix.
    Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
