Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
    8 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter, softened
Preparation
    Combine eggs, 2 cups sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl.
    Whip on medium-high speed until mixture is doubled in volume (about 1 hour).
    While this is being whipped, mix graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup sugar and blend in butter with fork or pastry blender.
    With back of a spoon, press mixture into bottom of a 10-inch spring-form pan to form crust.
