Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 sticks butter
dash of salt
1 c. powdered sugar
2 3/4 c. cold milk
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
2 pkg. lemon instant pudding (butterscotch or pistachio pudding may be substituted for lemon)
Preparation

Mix flour, nuts, sugar, butter and salt.
Blend together and press into bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool.
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip; spread on top of first layer.
Mix pudding and milk as directed and spread on top of second layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
Refrigerate.
