Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. pumpkin (canned)
    1 c. cherries, dates, nuts or raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and pour into a well-greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    If you bake in a coffee can, bake 1 hour; if you bake in small loaf pan, bake 40 minutes.
