Crock-Pot Roast Beef Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. rump roast
    3 carrots, scraped and quartered, then cut into 3-inch pieces
    1/2 c. water
    6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 small onion, sliced
    4 cloves garlic, sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put potatoes
    and
    carrots
    in bottom of 5 quart crock-pot. Add water.
    Salt
    and
    pepper
    roast and place on top of potatoes. Lay
    onion
    and
    garlic slices on roast.
    Cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
