Raspberry Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. cold water
    1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 c. heavy cream or 1 small Cool Whip
    4 c. cubed angel food cake
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Drain thawed berries.
    To juice, add lemon juice and enough water to make 1 cup of liquid. Add to gelatin with salt and chill until mixture thickens slightly. Fold in whipped cream, cake cubes and berries.
    Chill until firm. Serves 10.
