Curry Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large onions
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 bunch green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Slice onions thin or chop.
Brown in Crisco; add meat and cook until done, but not browned.
Add chopped green onions, all spices and then tomatoes.
Cook over slow fire for 1/2 hour.
Five minutes before serving, add vinegar and sugar.
Let cook 5 minutes.
Serve hot over cooked rice.
