Butterscotch Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 Granny Smith apples
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Make a 1 crust pie shell.
    Fill with apples sliced very thin and piled high as they tend to shrink.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix in a separate bowl the sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Blend and sprinkle over layers of apples.
    Cover edge of pie crust with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
