Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. margarine, softened
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda and salt together.
Add eggs, oil, carrots and nuts; mix well.
Pour into greased 10 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Blend the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Spread on cooled cake.
