Pumpkin-Pecan Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. squeeze margarine
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Combine margarine and white and brown sugars.
    Add eggs and blend.
    Add pumpkin and blend.
    Add dry ingredients and mix.
    Stir in nuts if desired.
    Pour into 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
