Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Shoe Peg white corn, drained
2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 chopped medium onion
5 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
-
Mix corn, pimento, bell pepper, onion and celery together in salad bowl.
Mix other ingredients together and pour over corn mixture.
Stir well and refrigerate.
This is better if allowed to marinate a day or two.
