Creamy Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    4 cloves garlic, pressed
Preparation
    Place 1/4 cup oil, egg, mustard, salt, lemon juice and garlic in a blender container.
    Blend on low and add remaining oil in a steady stream.
    Switch to high speed for a few seconds.
    Chill. Good served with beef or pork.
