Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (No. 3) can diced beets or can small beets
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend cornstarch with 1/2 cup pineapple juice.
Cook until thickened.
Add vinegar, salt, pineapple and beets.
Heat through until hot.
