Basic Fried Turtle Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 turtle (per person)
    1 egg, beaten
    vegetable oil
    1/2 c. milk
    flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix beaten egg and milk.
    Salt and pepper turtle cubes.
    Dip into mixture, then roll in flour.
    Place in hot oil and cook until golden brown, turning once.
