Celery Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stalk celery (pieces)
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
buttered crumbs
Preparation
-
Parboil celery.
Drain.
Mix celery with next 4 ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole.
Top with buttered crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
