Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked rice
1 small onion, chopped
soy sauce
1/2 c. diced, cooked ham, chicken or pork
1 c. grated carrots
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. frozen green peas
2 eggs
cooking oil
Preparation

Cook onion, carrots, pepper and peas in 1/4 cup cooking oil for about three minutes.
Add meat; remove from pan.
Add about 1/4 cup more oil and add rice.
Cover on low heat for about three to four minutes.
Add cooked vegetables to rice.
Scramble eggs and add to rice.
Season with soy sauce to your liking.
