Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

2 lb. thawed hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1 small carton sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c. corn flakes
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch dish with nonstick spray.
Place potatoes in the prepared dish.
Combine the salt, sour cream, pepper, onion and soup.
Pour over the potatoes.
Sprinkle cheese over all.
Melt margarine and combine with corn flakes.
Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and slightly brown around edges.
