Country Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
    oil or Crisco
Preparation
    Combine milk and egg; stir well.
    Combine flour and seasonings; stir well.
    Dip each piece of chicken in flour; dip in milk and egg mixture and again in flour.
    Fry in oil or Crisco until golden brown.
    Reduce heat.
    Cook, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels.
