Deviled Island Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
1 1/2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Peel eggs; slice in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks.
Mash yolks and add mayonnaise; stir well.
Stir in salad dressing, relish, mustard and salt.
Stir in crumbled bacon. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites.
Garnish halves with gherkin slices.
